Marc began working in construction between summer jobs as a tennis instructor and winter jobs in the ski industry in northern New Mexico. After moving to Asheville and becoming a mortgage banker, Marc found he missed the construction industry. He traded in his suit for a ball cap and polo shirt and went to work for The Hands of Sean Perry Co. as a carpenter and project manager.
Marc’s zeal for consistently improving his work is shared by each person at the company, who, he says, are always improving on what they do. He loves that his work is not based on a formula, but always evolves to meet the demands of a project. He also likes that the “Hands” work hard at operating as a team. Marc says the team spirit shows in the finished product and in the ease with which clients are guided through what can be an overwhelming process.
He names family, friends, politics, being happy, pizza, and staying physically fit as his passions. Marc’s hobbies include skiing (when possible), playing tennis, and enjoying life with his wife, Elizabeth, and his two dogs, Dewey and Emma.
