This is how we get things done.
Throughout our years of work, we have developed a process founded on thorough, “no surprises” estimating, solid communication about budget and timeline from beginning through completion, and award-winning quality and integrity of construction.
Step 1: Intake
During the intake phase we schedule a focused phone conversation to discuss your goals, desired timeframe and target investment in order to determine if The Hands of Sean Perry is a good fit for you. Next, we meet in person at your project site to go over questions (yours and ours) and review the existing conditions in your space.
Step 2: Ballpark Estimate and Design Consult
After the on-site meeting we move forward with preparing an initial ballpark estimate for your project. Our design team then meets with you at our office, or virtually, to explore the scope of the project and provide a reasonable estimate to accomplish your design goals. We listen to your feedback on how to refine the plan.
Step 3: Refinement of Budget and Construction Plan
We refine the project scope and produce the detailed project budget. Working hand-in-hand with our design team or your architect, the building plans are developed and we schedule a presentation for your review. This includes the selection of fixtures, finishes, and materials that will keep the project within budget and meet your design preferences. Once all selections are made and the final budget produced, then the contract is signed and a start date scheduled.
Step 4: Construction
Begin project! The Hands of Sean Perry oversees all aspects, from permitting to finished product, and keep you informed every step of the way. We offer creative solutions to any challenges that may arise. Our team will see to it that the construction site is sealed off from the rest of the space and kept clean, doing our best to minimize disturbances to you, your family, and your neighbors.
Step 5: Completion
We wrap up all end-of-project details and obtain inspections. Now you can enjoy your newly completed space. We will miss each other tremendously (this is a good thing)!
