Needing a full home renovation but paralyzed with decision fatigue, longtime Asheville residents called on The Hands of Sean Perry to transform their family’s house into a home. On the main level, the team took on major structural renovations, opening the space up by adding new windows and removing a load-bearing wall — and also installing a beautiful wood-burning stove. On the second floor, one bathroom was added and another was remodeled, and the basement received a new floor. Making the home shine both inside and out, the team moved on to the exterior, replacing the cedar shingle siding, repairing the front steps, built a new stone patio and installed a new fence and handcrafted gate.
