Custom and Complete

Eager to settle down in Asheville, a Texas family worked with The Hands of Sean Perry on the renovation of their colonial, historic Montford home. From interior to exterior, basement renovations to a custom master closet system, the family’s home was transformed into a one-of-a-kind space by the time the project was complete. To fit the owners’ particular needs, The Hands of Sean Perry added a laundry room, bathroom and sitting room in the basement, and converted the existing porch to an enclosed deck with cabinets and a fireplace. Additional landscape design — including a patio, fire pit, plantings, steps leading to the fenced-in front yard and an expanded parking space — were also built in.
