Several years after completing a kitchen renovation in this home, The Hands of Sean Perry was called back for a second project — this time in anticipation of accommodation for an aging parent. Where a screened-in porch had been, the crew added a new, ground-level master bedroom and bath, blending the construction with the home’s original 1920s design. To replace the porch space lost to the addition, a large, screened porch was created off of the kitchen, as well as an uncovered outdoor deck area for grilling.
