Check out this video of our restoration of the historic Cook Cabin in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, May 1–5, 2017. It was a rewarding process in a beautiful remote setting. Also, we ate incredibly well with dishes provided by Strada Italiano, Doc Chey’s Noodle House, Greenlife (Whole Foods Market), Ambrozia Bar & Bistro, Hickory Nut Gap Meats, and Luella’s Bar-B-Que, and additional support from Mountain Valley Spring Water.
